After 15 years, I had reached a place in my sales job that was not fulfilling in the slightest. It was rapidly proving harder and harder to make a buck, and I did not feel valued as an employee. I knew I had reached the end of the line, but was just hanging out in limbo without a clear direction of where to go next. Victoria helped me to define and then prioritize my goals and get balance into my life.
